What is free and what is Pro?
Chapters 1 to 3, with their labs and quizzes, are free with no card. Cloud sync and the certificate are free with an account. Pro opens chapters 4 to 18. Pro does not change the AI coach. See pricing for the current prices.
How does the trial work?
New Pro subscribers get 7 days free on the monthly and yearly plans. You enter a card at checkout. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not, the card is charged the price shown at checkout when the trial ends and Pro renews. We email you a reminder with the end date and the price a few days before the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Open the pricing page and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then chapters 4 to 18 lock again. Your progress, quiz scores and certificates are kept.
Can I get a refund?
We do not refund partial billing periods. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong with a payment, email hello@financequest.fyi within 30 days and we will look into it. The full wording is on the refunds page.
What happens to my data?
Without an account, your progress stays in your browser. With an account, it syncs to our database so you can use it on any device. You can download your progress as a file, or delete your account, from account settings. The privacy policy lists the services that handle your data and how to make a request.
Does my progress follow me across devices?
Yes, when you are signed in. Sign in on the new device with the same account and your progress and saved lab results load there. Without an account, progress lives only in the browser you used.
Is this financial advice?
No. Finance Quest is education. The labs run the numbers you type in, and the results are scenarios, not recommendations. For decisions about your own money, talk to a licensed professional.
